No-code AI agents

A no-code AI agent builder you drive with a sentence

Most "no-code" AI tools still hand you a node canvas and a prompt box. Orqana AI takes a description of the job and assembles the agent — instructions, tools, limits, logging — then runs it.

What "no-code" means here

You never open a flow builder, write a prompt template, or ship code to deploy. You write a brief the way you'd brief a new hire: what the agent handles, which systems it touches, what it must escalate instead of deciding.

  • Plain-language brief in, working agent out
  • Instructions stay editable in the workspace — no redeploys
  • Tool access is toggled per agent, not wired by hand
  • Runs are executed by Orqana, so there's no infrastructure to own

How to build AI agents without coding, step by step

The whole loop is under five minutes for a first agent, and the same loop is how you iterate later.

  • 1. Describe the job, the audience, and the hard limits
  • 2. Attach the apps the agent needs (workspace-level OAuth, revocable)
  • 3. Add knowledge — docs, policies, snippets the agent should ground answers in
  • 4. Test it in chat, then add a schedule or webhook trigger
  • 5. Watch the activity log and tighten the brief where it drifts

Where no-code stops and review starts

No-code should remove the build work, not the judgement. Anything with real consequence — a message to a customer, a record update, a refund — can require human approval before it executes, and the approval queue lives in the same workspace.

  • Approval gates on write actions
  • Every run, input and output written to the activity log
  • Per-agent scopes so one agent's access isn't every agent's access

Honest limits

A no-code builder is the right tool when the work is describable and the systems are supported. It's the wrong tool when you need bespoke model training, sub-second latency inside your own binary, or an integration nobody offers yet. Google Workspace is live today; Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira and Zendesk are in build, and each app page says which is which.

Common questions

Can I really build an AI agent without coding?

Yes. You write a brief in plain language, tick the apps the agent may use, and Orqana assembles the instructions, tool access and limits. There is no flow canvas, no prompt template and no deploy step.

How is this different from a chatbot builder?

A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it can read from connected apps, take actions, run on a schedule or a webhook, and escalate to a human. Actions that change data can be held for approval first.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

You edit the brief in the workspace and the next run uses it — no rebuild. The activity log shows exactly what the agent saw and decided, so corrections are specific rather than guesswork.

Which apps can a no-code agent use today?

Google Workspace is live now. Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira and Zendesk are in build and labelled coming soon, with an email notification option on each page.

Do I need a developer eventually?

Only if you want to call agents from your own product — that's what the API is for. Building, changing and monitoring agents is designed to stay with the person who owns the work.
