What counts as a request?
One message an agent handles is one request, whether it comes from chat, a schedule, a webhook or the API. Your usage page shows the running total against your allowance.
What happens if I hit my monthly allowance?
Agents pause rather than silently overspending. You can add a credit pack or move to Pro from the Plan page and pick straight back up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — Starter to Pro and back, from inside the app. Your agents, knowledge and run history stay exactly as they are.
Do you offer invoicing and a signed DPA?
