Lesson 1 of 7 · 3 minutes
Pick the right job first
Choose one task worth handing over, so your first agent pays for itself in week one.
What to do
- 1Write down the jobs you repeat every week: chasing quiet leads, chasing late invoices, writing the client update, sorting the inbox.
- 2Circle the one that costs you the most hours and needs the least judgement.
- 3Be honest about the payoff: how many hours a week, and what you'd do with them instead.
- 4Leave anything that needs a real decision from you for later — your agent can draft it and ask.
Practise it on a real agent
We’ll put this sentence into the home-page builder and build the agent for you.
“Chase the invoices that are more than 10 days late and draft a polite nudge for each one.”
A good first job is boring, repeated and written down somewhere. That's exactly what an agent is best at.
