HubSpot integration
Keep the pipeline clean without nagging the team
CRM data decays the moment reps get busy. An agent working your HubSpot portal fills the gaps, chases the follow-ups and tells you which deals are quietly dying.

What it does
Real work inside HubSpot
Describe the outcome in plain language. The agent handles the HubSpot steps, and every write waits for your approval until you say otherwise.
Lead triage on arrival
Every inbound contact gets researched, scored against your ICP rules and routed to an owner with a written rationale on the record.
Deals that reflect reality
The agent flags stages with no activity, missing close dates and amounts that contradict the last three emails — then proposes the fix.
Follow-ups actually sent
Drafts the next-touch email from the thread history and either queues it for approval or enrols the contact in the right sequence.
A pipeline digest people read
Weekly summary of movement, risk and what needs a decision — written in prose, not a dashboard nobody opens.
Notes and tasks logged for you
Paste a call transcript; the agent writes the note, creates the follow-up task and updates only the fields it's allowed to touch.
Field-level approval
Record changes pause with a before-and-after diff. Auto-approve the safe fields, keep amount and stage under human control.
Use cases
Who puts this agent to work
| Team | Job to be done | What the agent runs |
|---|---|---|
| SDR | Work inbound faster | Enrich, score and draft the first touch within minutes of form fill. |
| Account exec | Prep every call | One-page brief from company, contacts, emails and open deals. |
| RevOps | Enforce hygiene | Nightly sweep for missing fields, duplicates and stage rule breaches. |
| Marketing | Close the loop | Report which campaigns produced deals that actually progressed. |
| Founder | See risk early | Friday list of deals gone quiet with a suggested next play. |
Better together
HubSpot plus the rest of Orqana
Connectors are one tool in the agent's hands. Combine them with memory, delegation, schedules and approvals.
Email connectors complete the loop
Pair HubSpot with Gmail or Outlook so the agent reads the real conversation before it decides a deal is stalled.
Schedules do the boring sweeps
Hygiene checks at 2am, digests on Friday, follow-up chases every second day — all without a human trigger.
Delegation for research
Your CRM agent can @mention a research agent for company background and paste the result straight onto the record.
Audit log for revenue leadership
Every field the agent changed, when and why, exportable — so CRM automation survives a leadership review.
Setup
Connected in about five minutes
Describe the outcome
"Keep our pipeline clean, chase follow-ups after 3 days of silence and send me a Friday risk list."
Connect HubSpot
Authorise your portal over OAuth. The agent inherits your permissions and nothing more.
Set write rules
Choose which objects and fields the agent may update automatically and which always need approval.
Schedule the sweeps
Nightly hygiene, weekly digest, event-driven follow-up. Adjust the brief as the team's process changes.

FAQ
Questions before you connect
When does the HubSpot connector go live?
The HubSpot app is in OAuth review. Join the notify list and you'll hear from us the day it's switched on.
Can it change deal amounts or stages?
Only if you allow it. Most teams keep amount and stage under human approval while letting the agent freely fill activity notes, next steps and missing contact detail.
Whose account does the agent use?
Yours. Each person authorises their own account over OAuth, so the agent inherits that person's permissions exactly — it can never see or change anything that person could not.
What about duplicate records?
The agent can flag likely duplicates with the matching evidence and propose a merge, but merging is treated as a high-risk write and stays approval-gated.
Does this connector cost extra?
No. Connectors are included on every plan, including the free Starter plan. Plans differ by how many agents you run, how often they can be triggered and how much action history you keep — not by which apps you connect.
